Rick Ross Arrested AGAIN For Kidnap And Assault (PHOTO)

After just getting out of jail earlier this month for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, American rapper Rick Ross has found himself behind bars once again, this time for much more serious allegations.

According to the U.S Marshals Service, Rick Ross was arrested Wednesday morning in Fayette County, Georgia and charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery.

Marshals are reporting that the incident happened two weeks ago and involved a confrontation between Rick Ross and a worker at one of his homes.

Law enforcement sources are now saying that the assault charge is for a pistol-whipping he gave the man, and the kidnapping charge is because the man was allegedly not allowed to leave Rick Ross' house.

The Marshals were contacted a couple of days ago by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department to assist in the arrest (It is interesting to note that these Marshal people normally assist in high profile and dangerous warrants).

Rick Ross was picked up at his main residence, along with his bodyguard, and arrested without incident.
