Sad news indeed,a 12 year old Omaha boy will be charged as an adult in the murder of a 31 year old father.
According to Madame Noire,  on June 29 12-year-old Jarrell Milton, his brother Jamar Milton, 17, and an acquaintance Shuntayvious Primes-Willis, 15, set up an arrangement  to meet with Jaymell Ray and Charles Fisher at a park to purchase marijuana.

According to investigators, the teens attempted to rob the men but gun fire pursued. Ray was sitting in the passenger side of Fisher’s car when he was shot and killed at close range. Fisher was shot but was treated for his injuries and released from the hospital.

Milton was arrested in Minneapolis, Minnesota where cops caught up with him. Jamar and Shuntayvious appeared in court on Tuesday, and were charged as adults with first degree murder and weapons charge. They were denied bond.

Twelve old Jarrell will be charged as an adult as well on a first degree murder charge.
