George W. Bush doesn’t care about Kanye’s presidential bid. In footage captured by TMZ, the former commander-in-chief is asked about Kanye West’s tentative plans to run for president in 2020.
“Mr. President, your thoughts on Kanye West running for president one day?” a paparazzi asked. “Huh?” Bush responded before straight-up laughing. That’s right, George W. Bush, whom Kanye once infamously said, on live television, doesn’t care about black people, thinks the Chicago rapper’s political ambitions are a joke.
In reality, the laugh-off is the exact sort of thing that would would motivate Kanye to take his bid more seriously
