Rapper T.I. Sued For Allegedly Stealing $700,000 Worth of Gold
There are somethings that are literally hard to believe but they are probably true. I think many of you may find this one hard to believe, but rapper T.I. is now being accused of allegedly rocking “blingy” jewelry that he never actually paid for, according to an upset jewelry company.
Aydin & Co. Jewelry of Georgia recently filed a lawsuit against the famous rapper, claiming that they delivered several pieces of gold jewelry to him, which allegedly included an 18.5 karat white gold bracelet, a ring, as well as a yellow gold rosary.
They alleged that the deals were made back in 2014.
Even though the popular Atlanta-based rapper forked over more than $20K for jewelry, the company is now claiming that Mr. Harris never paid the $40,000 balance that was left.
However, that’s not all. In recently filed court documents, which were obtained by TMZ, Aydin & Co. state that the 35-year-old musician has cheated them out of more than $400,000 over the last 10 years that he has been doing business with them, including other alleged expenses, they claim that the total of money owed is a whopping $700K.
T.I. told TMZ that the lawsuit is bogus and he doesn’t owe the jewelers any money, though they claim he owes them close to $1,000,000 cash.
