The estate is a massive — 640 acres, 18 of which are vineyards. Same goes for the home onsite, which Robin had built more than 10 years ago — it’s nearly 20,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 10 baths and 3 safe rooms for security.
The property is a 9-stall barn, hiking and riding trails, infinity pool, a bell tower, indoor home theater, pond and climate controlled cellars to store wine or art.
Williams called it Villa Sorriso which roughly translates in Italian to “house of smiles.” He had tried unloading it numerous times, first in 2012 for $35 million, and then again two years ago for $29.9 million, but the price was eventually lowered to $22.9 million.
